USA Indoor Amusement Park Turnkey Project

1.Initial Contact & Requirement 

ClarificationThe customer initially provided a 460 sqm vacant site floor plan, aiming to build a one-stop indoor amusement park targeting family customers. Their core requirements were:

• Cover all age groups with both a kids’ parent-child zone and a teen arcade zone.
• All equipment and layouts must comply with US local fire safety and amusement ride regulations.
• The entire project needed to be completed from design to operation within 6 months due to the mall’s opening schedule.

2. Challenges & Solutions During the Project

• Safety Compliance Adaptation:
  The US has strict standards for amusement ride safety certification, protective measures, and electrical systems. Our engineering team upgraded the play structure safety nets, equipment safety clearances, and circuit systems specifically to meet ASTM standards. We also provided complete certification documents to help the customer complete local filings smoothly.
• Site Layout & Flow Optimization:
  The site had irregular corners and load-bearing limitations. Our design team adjusted the zoning based on the floor plan: placing the kids’ play zone in the inner area for safety, and arranging arcade machines along the main traffic flow. This maximized site utilization while meeting structural requirements, as shown in the 3D renderings.
• Customization Adjustments:
  The customer requested personalized color schemes and theme elements to match local trends. We quickly revised the neon lighting and exterior finishes of the equipment, updating the 3D renderings to let the client visualize the final look before production.

3. Project Delivery & After-Sales Support

• After production, we provided professional packaging and sea freight solutions to ensure safe delivery to the US port.
• We assigned technicians with overseas service experience to assist with installation and commissioning via online video guidance and detailed on-site manuals.
• A 1-year equipment warranty was included, along with free operation training covering daily maintenance and peak-hour management.
