Cooperation Process Details

1. Initial Contact

We met the client at a European amusement industry exhibition. The client was highly impressed by our VR hardware after on-site trial runs, recognizing the outstanding immersion and stable performance of our machines. We exchanged contact information and discussed preliminary procurement plans.

2. Clear Customized Requirements

The client intended to launch a mobile VR carnival across local regions. They required devices adaptable to variable venue spaces, multi-language UI support, localized game content updates, and full compliance with EU CE safety certification standards.

3. Custom Technical Optimization

The client requested dual-language system support for French and English, localized game scene adjustments to fit regional culture, plus modular fast assembly & disassembly design for touring carnival use.

Our technical team completed full language localization of the operating system, optimized equipment frame structure for quick dismounting, and assisted the client in preparing all documents required for CE certification.

4. Delivery, Installation & After-sales Service

Once production finished, our professional technicians traveled to France to complete on-site equipment installation, debugging, and a 3-day hands-on operation training session for the client’s staff.
