Project Cooperation Process

1. Initial Project Contact

The client took the initiative to contact us via online channels in February 2025. After sending New Year greetings, the client consulted about the procurement of indoor playground equipment and provided a preliminary list of intended products.

2. In-depth Demand Communication

The client submitted the site floor plan (measured in meters) and requested a customized full-site equipment layout solution tailored to the actual site conditions. The client specifically noted multiple fixed on-site facilities including KTV rooms, existing concrete guardrails for bumper car areas, and ticket booths, all of which needed to be fully accommodated in the layout design.

3. Layout Solution Optimization & Adjustment

We firstly designed and delivered a preliminary 3D layout rendering based on the provided site dimensions and equipment list. Subsequently, the client informed us that the actual size of the customized on-site KTV rooms was smaller than the booth size marked on the original floor plan. We immediately revised and optimized the layout solution to ensure all equipment could perfectly fit the actual site space and avoid layout conflicts.

4. Client Feedback & Follow-up Arrangement

The client highly recognized our efficient response and professional site planning services. Both parties agreed to arrange an online meeting to further discuss project details. We will continue to follow up on the client’s needs throughout the process, providing one-stop services including equipment selection consultation, installation guidance and after-sales maintenance to guarantee the smooth implementation and landing of the entire project.
